INTERMEDIATE COOKING COURSE
The Intermediate Cooking Course if for domestic helpers who already have basic experience in cooking, and would like to expand their cooking repertoire. The series of 10 classes cover a range of cuisines, including Singapore Hawker Favourites, Chinese, Western, Indian, Thai and Vegetarian dishes. The course can be tailored to suit the employer's taste preferences or dietary requirements.
Each lesson comprises of 4 courses - a soup, a seafood dish, a meat dish and a vegetable dish.
